Dear President Patrocinio:

It gives me great pleasure to inform you that the Country of Brazil has been designated by our board of directors as the honored country for the 2014 Annual Meeting of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery to be held in Orlando, Florida from September 18-22, 2014. This is the first time that any country has been honored in this fashion. It is no small matter that Brazil is the recipient of this honor due in large part to the significant role that you and your Academy plays, and has played, in the development of the International Federation of Facial Plastic Surgery Societies (IFFPSS).

As part of this honored designation, all Brazilian members of your Academy will be afforded a $100.00 discount on their registration fee for this meeting. We will also have a special scientific session devoted to presentations by members of your Academy. There will be Brazilian-themed activities during the meeting, as well.

In order for your members to register and take advantage of this discounted registration fee, please follow these instructions:

Visit the AAFPRS website at www.aafprs.org and select “Meetings and Courses” at the top of the page. Then select “Fall Meeting 2014 Click Here to Register” and follow the on-screen instructions. The discount will automatically be applied to their account at the end of the registration process.
